Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training is an independent mobile laboratory service that is offered as a convenience to the community. Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training will provide services to you in your home, workplace, doctor’s office, company event, blood drive, senior living home, assisted living, and/or nursing facility to obtain your blood sample(s) via venipuncture or capillary puncture and properly deliver or ship it to the laboratory of the ordering provider’s choice.
Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training is not in any way an acting diagnostic laboratory or physician’s office; Therefore, we are not authorized to diagnose, treat, or give medical advice to any person.
Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training is a private pay service. Laboratory services are provided and billed by Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training. We do not bill your insurance for laboratory service or handling fees. Payments for services are made directly to Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training and must be made before services are rendered. Please be advised that all laboratory tests will be billed to your insurance company by the resulting agency. Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training is not responsible for any outstanding balance or charges you may incur. For any billing questions or concerns contact your insurance company and/or resulting laboratory billing department listed on your statement.
Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training is not responsible for any ordering inaccuracies or laboratory testing errors. Please contact your physician’s office or laboratory for correction. In the event a recollect is needed due to an error not made on the part of Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training, standard charges will apply to recollection. Any recollection error caused by Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training will be recollected at no charge to the patient.
Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training is in full awareness of patient’s privacy, and we assure that all information will be kept confidential. Under no circumstances will your information be shared with any unauthorized personnel. Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training does not have access to your laboratory results; you must contact the ordering physician or resulting laboratory for concerns regarding your laboratory results.
Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training will need copies of the following documents sent via email Documents@VitalTouchonwheels.net or via secure fax 252-777-3153 before the scheduled appointment: 1. Complete lab order, 2. Insurance card (for testing agency), 3. Photo ID (will also be verified at appointment) 4. Paid invoice to Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training (self-pay). Payments are invoiced and collected through Square Inc for Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training. You will receive a link via email two hours before your appointment to process your payment. Invoices will be the sum of all draw fees, processing fees, transporting/shipping fees, and service fees applicable to your scheduled service. To better prepare for your appointment all documents must be received in our office no later than 24 hrs. prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation. Verbal lab orders are not accepted; however, written orders may be faxed to us directly from your physician.
Accepted Payment methods: Debit Card, Credit Cards, FSA Card, HSA Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, After Pay (Pay in 4 bi-weekly installments), Klarna (Pay in 4 bi-weekly installments) **We do not accept cash or checks.
Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training is a convenient mobile lab service provided to various communities. Although each patient is very important to us, our scheduled appointments must be a priority. We encourage you to schedule an appointment to guarantee your desired time for services. You will receive a courtesy call or text the day of your appointment when your technician is enroute. For any reason you need to reschedule your appointment you may contact Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training via email, text, or phone.

Please be advised that a same day cancellation will result in a $50 fee. There is a $60 fee if the technician arrives at your destination, and you are not there or you reschedule. Due to our technician's schedule, there may be a complimentary 10-minute grace period before the technician leaves if there is no answer.
