With Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training, you can increase your patient's laboratory compliance rate. We have numerous Point of Care (POC) tests that result rapidly.
HOW SCHEDULING WORKS:
We are excited to serve your patients! Our goal is to help you, help your patients improve their healthcare outcomes and decrease re-hospitalizations.
We have two convenient options to get your patients scheduled:
Option 1: Patients Self-Schedules
- Give your patients their lab order & our website: www.VitalTouchonwheels.com
- Patients will go online to complete an appointment request form and download our mobile app. Once downloaded, they will upload all required documents; then await a follow-up call from our office. **(Patients must be aware that we do not bill their insurance as insurance does not cover concierge lab services. The patient must be prepared to submit payment prior to services being rendered.)
- Their Lab results will be sent to you from the testing lab. If you order a POC test, Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training will obtain the results and report to your office in real time.
Option 2: Your Office Initiates Action
1. Your Medical Assistant sends patient lab order, demographics sheet, and insurance card copies to:

2. Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training will call your patient the same day to get them scheduled for an appointment.
3. Your patient’s lab results will be sent to you from the resulting agency, unless it is a POC ordered.

These tests will be performed by Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training using CLIA waived & FDA approved equipment. All equipment is calibrated routinely and sanitized according to manufacturer's recommendation.

Better lab services for residents means better care across the board. Lab tests performed by a mobile phlebotomy service will reduce medical guesswork, helping you safely and efficiently determine what treatment is needed.
HOW WE CAN HELP YOU:

HOW SCHEDULING WORKS:
Upon signing an agreement for our services, your facility representative may choose a day(s) of the week that Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training will come out to perform your scheduled blood draws.
- Your facility will obtain the resident’s lab orders from the Physician. If the ordering physician is from a private office, they can send the order to us via secure fax at 252-777-3153
- Our office assistant will work together with your facility contact person to ensure all required documents are received for your resident. The resident will be added to the schedule for the next scheduled "lab day" in your facility. We will transport the specimen(s) to the lab for testing as indicated by the ordering provider.
- Your resident’s lab results will be sent to your facility and the doctor listed on the lab order, from our Lab partner. POC testing will be performed by a Vital Touch Lab licensed professional and result in real time. (Service fees for all POC testing will be billed to the facility by Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training).

- Your facility will obtain the resident’s lab orders from their ordering Physician.
- Go to www.VitalTouchonwheels.com , complete an appointment request form and download our Mobile App. Upload the resident's required documents; then await a follow-up call from our office. **(Please be aware that we do not bill insurance as insurance does not cover concierge lab services. You will be invoiced once appointment is confirmed. Invoices must be paid prior to services being rendered.)
