We have two convenient options to get your patients scheduled:

1. Your Medical Assistant sends patient lab order, demographics sheet, and insurance card copies to:

2. Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training will call your patient the same day to get them scheduled for an appointment.
3. Your patient’s lab results will be sent to you from the resulting agency, unless it is a POC ordered.
POC TESTING AVAILABLE:
These tests will be performed by Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training using CLIA waived & FDA approved equipment. All equipment is calibrated routinely and sanitized according to manufacturer's recommendation.
Better lab services for residents means better care across the board. Lab tests performed by a mobile phlebotomy service will reduce medical guesswork, helping you safely and efficiently determine what treatment is needed.
Upon signing an agreement for our services, your facility representative may choose a day(s) of the week that Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training will come out to perform your scheduled blood draws.

3. Your resident’s lab results will be sent to the doctor listed on the lab order, from the testing lab. POC testing will be performed and result in real time.

Real-time results are available to doctors the same day. A certified phlebotomist, Medical Assistance or LPN arrives on site with our CLIA-approved POC devices, performs the POC test (the phlebotomist signs off on the results), and emails or faxes the results to the doctor.
Yes, absolutely. We do recommend that residents choose a lab that is in-network with their insurance. Insurance will possibly cover a portion of the testing agency's fee; This is why we obtain a copy of insurance at intake so it can be presented to the testing agency when the specimen is dropped off.
We service all of Wilson County and a 50 mile radius surrounding.
Our mobile phlebotomy service fee is included in our standard pricing.
Additional fees may apply for mileage exceeding our service area:
If the will be getting blood drawn, please encourage them to be well hydrated.
If they are a difficult stick, applying heat to the area could aide in a successful blood draw on the first stick. Our technicians are experienced with more than 19 years of skill experience. Please be confident in knowing they are in great hands.

PET POLICY: For the safety of our technicians, all pets must be secured prior to service being rendered. If you are unable to adhere to this request, your appointment may be cancelled.
In most cases Insurance does not pay for outpatient collection and transporting of lab work. In some cases, they may pay a small portion for outpatient lab collection resulting in the client receiving a bill at a later date.
At this time, Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training does not accept insurance.
**Payment for services is due prior to your appointment. You will receive a link via email two hours before your appointment to process your payment.
We accept the following forms of payment to be collected at the time of your service:

An invoice will be sent to you via text or email, from there you will click the link attached to make your payment. Services must be paid in full prior to services being rendered.
