The total cost of all Concierge mobile lab services includes all service fees, processing fees, and shipping/handling fees if applicable. Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training does not bill your insurance. Insurance cards are provided to the resulting agency when specimen is transported.

Simply schedule an appointment with Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training for a blood specimen collection. We will come to you in the comfort of your own home or workplace to collect, package, and transport specimen(s) to the laboratory.
NOTE: STAT lab draws are same-day appointments where specimens must be collected and transported to the lab for testing within 1 hour.

- You provide the kit, which you should've received in the mail from the ordering provider.
- We collect, process, and safely transport the specimen(s) to the specified shipper (FedEx/UPS).
*All specimens are stored at the appropriate temperature during transport.

Vital Touch Lab & Medical Training will perform testing and provide results for all rapid tests offered by our lab. Results will be available in less than 20 minutes. Results will be reported to the ordering Physician, if applicable. Clients will also receive test results via email unless otherwise requested.
RAPID STD Test $150
- Our rapid STD test involves a small sample of blood to detect HIV/Syphilis and a swab to detect gonorrhea, chlamydia, and trichomoniasis.
RAPID LIPID PANEL $120
- This test measures complete lipid profile (total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and triglycerides) plus glucose and ALT/AST (Liver enzymes)
RAPID HEMOGLOBIN A1C $110
- This test is performed by testing a small amount of blood to determine a Hemoglobin A1C level. Hemoglobin A1C measures the percentage of your red blood cells that have glucose-coated hemoglobin. The more glucose in the blood causing reaction, the higher the percentage. This test shows the long-term amount of glucose over a 3-4 month period prior to the test. Often used to diagnose diabetes. A good Hemoglobin A1C should be less than 5.7

- The urinalysis is a urine test that analyzes for a wide range of disease that can be detected in urine. Often used to diagnose a urinary tract infection in clients of all ages.

- Urine test to detect HCG hormone in the urine, thus confirming a positive pregnancy.
RAPID DRUG TEST PANEL with SALIVA ALCOHOL TEST $120
- Saliva alcohol test plus an extensive urine drug screen to detect more than 10 illegal and prescription drugs in the urine.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT URINE DRUG SCREEN PANEL $100
